Welcome to my Substack! I'm Rena Jones, a multi-instrumentalist, recording artist, music and audio producer, label owner, audio engineer, and technologist. I am also a trained chef and studied culinary arts and audio engineering in San Francisco, CA. as well as having obtained a Bachelor's in I.T. with an endless passion for learning.

Music, nature, writing, art, and philosophy are my muse. Having studied many traditional and non-traditional concepts, I hope to bring a unique voice to the many topics that interest me.
